Application Form

To apply for membership in the CIO Association of Canada, please complete all of the information below and you will receive a response within one week. Membership in the association has certain restrictions and new members are approved as part of this application process.

The annual membership fee is $750 per year (July to June). As a member, there are a number of financial benefits you will receive by joining including discounts and reduced conference fees which are made available through partnerships and alliances with other organizations.

This year all bi-monthly e-seminars are included in the annual fee.
