PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
As the CIO Association of Canada's founding chapter (1998), CIOVAN is very proud of the increasing value we deliver to our membership. For example, our program's exclusive focus on IT executive trends and challenges is a major contributor in attracting such diverse and distinguished membership. Our success is largely due to the CIOCAN Chapter Board, who bring impressive business, government and academic credentials and experience to the table.
In addition to our regular program events that provide fantastic learning opportunities, our initiatives for 2011 include continued sponsorship of the internationally renowned CaseIT competition and partnership in a top-rated IT Leadership Development Program with the Learning Strategies Group at Simon Fraser University's Segal School of Business. And as always, our live networking events (we now have morning, lunchtime and evening events to accommodate all schedules) provide a collegial atmosphere for the stimulating exchange of ideas and best practices.
Join us!

ENJOY THE BENEFITS
Vancouver Chapter hosts regular live events on issues of concern to IT Leaders. Some are led by outside experts, some by experts within our membership, and some are roundtables for open discussion on a "hot topic". Members and guests of Vancouver Chapter can also participate in National e-seminars - we can network with fellow CIOs without leaving the office.
