Organizations have several contributing factors that shape their approach to delivering service desk services. From outsourced to insourced with multiple toolsets and competing vendors in the marketplace, IT today has a significant number of options at their disposal. The CIO Association of Canada – Calgary Chapter is facilitating a roundtable discussion to share ideas, approaches, drivers and successes on the following discussion points:
What is your organization’s strategy for delivering Service Desk services to your organization and what factors underlie and drive that strategy?
What challenges and/or successes has that strategy revealed?
How do you see your strategy and approach changing in the next 1-3 years?
No vendors will be present for this session, participants will be limited to CIOCAL members and their trusted guests. In the roundtable discussion, we are looking for IT leaders to share their challenges and approaches to facilitate a collaborative environment of networking peers.
In order to promote a comfortable discussion context, we have booked a smaller space than we usually use. So, please register early
