Free Technology – Are You Getting Your Money’s Worth?

*Upcoming Topic for November 28 – “Predicting the Success of Your IT Projects”
The data on information systems projects almost speaks for itself. Although improved from the 1994 survey, the 2004 Standish Group (www.standishgroup.com) survey on information technology projects found that only 34% could be considered a success (on time, on budget and delivering the desired benefits), 51% were “challenged” (delivered late, exceeded their budget or lacked critical features and requirements), and a full 15% were out and out failures.
Improve your organization's success with IT-enabled business transformation as an international team from Oxford and Simon Fraser University discuss the results and implications of their research on the factors that lead to project success and failure and how project size, knowledge resources and management practices impact project performance
Don’t miss out on these exciting luncheons!!
