In the 2019 Peer Forum, we will approach the practical aspects of digital transformation and navigating the big things that really matter to you in three distinct, yet complementary, perspectives.

1. Integrating Digital – Technological Lens

Much has been said about becoming digital and being more digitally savvy. In this technology focused track, we will examine the key aspects of integrating digital capabilities. Regardless of the stage that you are at on your digital transformation, one of the most under-exposed yet crucial aspects of transformation is how to integrate, new technologies, data, artificial intelligence, products and services in with the rest of your organization or with new partner organizations. We will explore new capabilities and best practices when it comes to the hard-core technical aspects of digital transformation (API’s, data, security, SLA’s etc.)

2. Dynamic Delivery – Leadership & Managerial Lens

In today’s rapidly changing world, a single method of product or service delivery just won’t position your organization for success. Regardless of what your role is, these days you need to be able deliver more dynamically meaning the ability to deliver services in two or more ways simultaneously. This managerially focused track targets all C-level executives in your organization. introducing artificial intelligence, workforce transformation, robotics, blockchain, big data, cloud and other new technologies are most effectively when all they key leaders involved are skilled in managing this often dramatically different approach to delivery. How to introduce what’s new without generating undue conflict, jeopardizing security and harming your existing investments requires significant skill and voluntary adaptation.

3. Innovative IT – Product and Service Development Lens

Organizations that successfully bring new products and services to market are systemically innovative. So how can you inspire or bring innovation to your organization to drive business outcomes? Technological advancements are challenging all aspects of business, yet technology is also an enabler in driving business advancement. What are the key focus areas and examples of technological changes needed to drive a solid roadmap for the future? What will the future look like in 10 years? Do you have the right partners and focus? How are you working with product development to envision new products or services that your customers need? How do you improve the customer engagement, partnerships within your supply chain or end user community? We will these topics and more in this innovative track!
