INTERESTED IN BECOMING A SPEAKER AT THE 2020 CIO PEER FORUM?
Once again, the CIO Peer Forum Committee is looking forward to receiving proposals from, or recommendations for, individuals or companies who have thought leadership to share at the 2020 event in Banff, Alberta. Presentations should include practical learning that attendees can take back to their business and in any of the following formats: keynotes, discussion groups, case studies, panels, talks and workshops.
The theme of the 2020 CIO Peer Forum is Innovation in Action. The topic areas we are looking to address fall under 3 main pillars and include the following:
Learn to position IT Security as a board and organizational risk
Expanding on your role as a business executive, communicating in the language of business, and leading change
Showcasing wins, how to drive success, what to watch for, what is real and what is not
This list is not exhaustive and we welcome submissions covering additional relevant topics.
The Call for Speakers will close once the agenda is complete. We will contact successful applicants in the weeks following that date.
Please note that making a submission does not guarantee a speaking slot and we are not able to give feedback on individual submissions.
If you would like to be considered as a speaker, please submit your proposal as soon as possible. Speaker selections are mostly made by the committee between September and December 2018 based on the best fit for the conference theme.
