La nouvelle association s’est agrandie et a créé des sections :
– en Ontario (en mars 2007),
– à Edmonton (en avril 2009),
– à Calgary (en octobre 2010),
– à Victoria (créée en avril 2012, mais plus tard fusionnée avec la section de Vancouver),
– à Ottawa (en avril 2013)

Chaque section élit son président et son conseil d’administration et certains membres de ce conseil gèrent certains dossiers, comme celui du marketing et de la création de programmes. Le conseil national est composé des présidents des sections ainsi que de représentants d’autres régions du Canada.
