CIOCAN: The Journey Of The End Point

The Vancouver Chapter was pleased to host CIOCAN: The Journey Of The End Point on June 15th, 2021.

This session featured David Thomas, Director of IT, SSR Mining Inc, Dan Turner, Director, Information Services, School District #36 (Surrey), Anup Bhulabhai, Director of Information Technology, Great Panther Mining, and was facilitated by Dianne Lapierre, CIO, Absolute Software.

The panelists discussed how IT has been evolving for years and the COVID-19 Pandemic has caused an accelerated digital roadmap. Other topics covered include how organizations are dealing with an increasingly complex environment with more devices, more OS types, more applications, and all with devices on the move.

How are IT leaders adapting? How are companies getting the most out of their investments? Organizations face an unprecedented device management challenge with limited resources, skills, and budget.

We would like to thank Absolute Software for allowing CIOCAN to record the discussion.
