Yasemin Sezer | Head – Technology and Operations | LTI Canada

Yasemin Sezer has been with LTI Canada and its predecessor organizations Citigroup, Unisen and AGF for over 18 years and currently heads technology delivery organization. Yasemin has taken her organization through API led digital transformation in the last 2 years modernizing its platforms and technology, driving significant improvements in time to market, quality and client satisfaction. She drives technology roadmap to produce concrete business outcomes in alignment with Product roadmap. She has been focusing on both IT automation for her operations and Business Process Automation for clients implementing Application Lifecycle Management automation, BPM and RPA solutions. Yasemin has a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from Bosphorus University in Istanbul. She is a Board Director for CIO Association of Canada Toronto Chapter, Evanta Governing Body and various technology advisory committees. She has been driving Women In Technology through various forums and created a Women’s Network focusing on diversity in her company. Due to her accomplishments in this area, she has been awarded one of Top 100 Powerful Women in 2019 for Science and Technology category by WXN – Women’s Executive Network.
