Biography

vCISO, Thrive

As Thrive’s Vice President of Cybersecurity Advisory Services, Andrew leads a global team of Virtual Chief Information Security Officers (vCISOs) responsible for the development and management of bespoke Security Strategies and Programs for Thrive clients. His career spans more than 25 years in the Information Technology and Security space, with notable leadership roles establishing annual and long-range security strategies, metrics, reporting mechanisms, and program services; and created maturity models and roadmaps for continual program improvements. Prior to Thrive, Andrew served in executive level Information Security and Technology positions at American Student Assistance and Epsilon. He is an ISC2® Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP) and ISACA® Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Andrew is a graduate of the University of Maine with a degree in Journalism, and Suffolk University where he earned his MBA.
