There has never been a more exciting time to be involved in technology and digital innovation as today. With the improvements in mobile, cloud, networking, cyber security. It has never been easier to quickly and effectively deploy digital value across all sectors of the Canadian economy. Canada has a vibrant ecosystem from academic, vendor, private and public sectors who are continuously collaborating to increase the digital footprint and success of their organizations. We can do more, and should be, for the future of our country.
We could not be more proud of how CIOCAN members continue to enhance and support digital transformation for our great Country. The Association has made fantastic strides over the past few years in terms of membership growth and looking to find ways to add value to our membership. One of the benefits has been to increase the number of events we have produced and to support the enhancement of our vibrant Chapters which continue to be the foundation of our success.
This year we are looking to build on this momentum with a renewed excitement about what future lays ahead for our Association. We are looking to develop more value for you as members and in turn drive leadership for all senior IM/IT business leaders across all industries and from coast to coast.
Specifically, we are now investing in developing internal thought leadership on key digital technologies and strategies that will help you as business and technology leaders succeed. These will be hosted through blogs, webinars, and other tools that you will have access to.
The challenge we want to encourage you to accept is to show leadership by leveraging your networks to share the great value and vision we have for CIOCAN by recruiting 1 to 2 members to join the Association before the holiday period. While we continue to make positive gains for CIOCAN if we double and even triple our size, we can offer so much more for the Association and its’ members. This would lead to bigger, better events, more opportunities to network, create a stronger messaging and a voice that can lead to greater brand recognition for our profession and more growth opportunities for you.
You have been the staple of our organization for many years and now is our chance to exponentially move the yard stick and create that critical mass for our profession across this great country.
Take the energy and time to accept and carry out this challenge and you can help drive this change for CIOCAN.[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.4.4″ text_font=”Montserrat|300|||||||” text_font_size=”16px” text_line_height=”1.8em” header_font=”||||||||” header_font_size=”35px” header_2_font=”Montserrat|300|||||||” header_2_font_size=”40px” header_2_line_height=”1.5em” header_3_font=”Caveat||||||||” header_3_text_color=”#000000″ header_3_font_size=”35px” custom_margin=”|||” custom_margin_tablet=”0px|50px||50px” custom_margin_last_edited=”off|desktop” custom_padding=”|||” header_2_font_size_tablet=”” header_2_font_size_phone=”30px” header_2_font_size_last_edited=”on|phone”]
