We were very fortunate to have Professor Simon Raby and Dawn Fiander-McCann from BIG Associates take us through a framework focusing on the essential ingredients for sustainable business growth. Using researched based tools we explored the promoters and inhibitors of business growth.
The photo captures some of the sense of the event: the conversation was spirited and we were hard pressed to finish on time. Participants left with a better understanding of growth factors and how they relate to CIOs. Perhaps most importantly, attendess learned how to use the tools to create growth in their respective businesses.
