For me 2015 was a year of “catch up” and “keep up”. The catch up was due to work not done in 2014 due to some technical challenges we had, the keep up was to address the on going demand from our internal and external clients as business does’t stand still.
Looking forward to 2016, it’s back to basics with a focus on assessing all the work that is going on and ensuring that it is delivering some direct value to the business or our clients.
So what is your one resolution in 2016? Is it to be a better business person than technical role? Is it to live out an aspect of leadership more authentically? or perhaps it is to be more self-actualized as stated by Abraham Maslow in his 1943 paper “A Theory of Human Motivation” in Psychological Review.
Whatever your resolution is, lets be intentional in living out our resolution.
