We already have a payroll of 130+ consultants so we have the ability to minimize the risk for your company by putting independent contractors on our payroll which has 18M+ revenues annually.
We are fairly new in the market (3 years in Vancouver – less than a year in Victoria and Toronto) so we have less non-competes than some of the larger firms giving us a wider network to prospect candidates from. Our candidate reach is unlimited in Toronto and we currently do not have any non-compete or non-solicitation restrictions.

We pride ourselves on low turnover, high referral rates and strong long lasting partnerships with our clients, candidates and consultants.
We provide both full life-cycle sourcing and recruitment services which are contingency based on a typical percentage of 18-22% of base salary for permanent roles. Contract placements are typically charged on an hourly rate priced based on the market rate for the role and contract length.
