Breakout Session F: Redefining Risk In A Mobile-First World – Protecting against the modern kill chain (Delivered Room)

Wednesday May 28, 1:15 pm - 1:55 pm

Session Description

As data continues to shift to the cloud and work becomes increasingly mobile, threat actors have adapted—targeting people, not just devices. This talk explores the rise of human-directed threats fueled by sophisticated social engineering and the widespread use of mobile platforms. Traditional perimeter-based defenses are no longer enough. We’ll examine how attackers exploit human behavior through personalized phishing campaigns, SMS, and voice scams, and why mobile devices are now the primary attack vector.

CIOs/CISOs will learn how organizations can close visibility gaps, protect against AI-driven social engineering, and respond rapidly to mobile-based threats using an integrated approach combining Social Engineering Protection and Mobile Endpoint Detection and Response (Mobile EDR). Attendees will gain a clear understanding of today’s evolving threat landscape—and the strategies needed to defend against it.
