Rob is currently a Senior Technology Partner Manager and leads the Digital Conversations Strategy & Conversational AI Team under Customer Platforms at TD Bank. Rob started with TD Bank Group in 1991. Over the course of his career, Rob’s focus has been on delivering technology solutions across the bank’s Retail, Corporate, Wealth, Insurance, Credit Card, Human Resources, Contact Centre and Digital Channel Technology Solutions areas. In his current role, Rob is focused on helping the organization deliver legendary conversational AI solutions and in evolving the Chatbot / Conversation strategy for TD’s Digital and Contact Center channels.
In his personal life, Rob devotes himself to a number of voluntary organizations. In his local community, he leads and serves on a non-profit Charitable Board and a non-profit Housing Corporation that provide support in areas of low-income housing and senior’s care, as well as, raising funds towards various charities including Camp Trillium, the McMaster Children’s Hospital, Juravinski Cancer Centre and Ronald McDonald House. He is also actively in a number of community service clubs involving “the beautiful game” of soccer.
Rob and his wife Nancy make their home in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada along with their four children Adriana, Nicholas, Lucas and Juliana.
