She has joined the CIO Association as an associate member through her enrollment in the CIOCAN LDP program. As a member of the senior management team, she plans and implements IT and operational strategies, assesses operational and IT quality, manages risks/projects/change, builds continuous improvement culture, sets policy direction, trains staff and facilitates knowledge transfer.
