After small group discussion, participants come back together to share each group’s highlights and insights, creating leveraged learning among all participants.
This session by Steve Bell and Karen Whitley Bell reflects the mission of the CIO Association of Canada, to bring technology leaders together with their peers, for shared learning and development. This experience also helped participants gain an understanding of the power of the Open Space approach—learning by doing— so they can experiment with Open Space sessions in their own workplace to inspire collaboration, creativity and innovation.
