Our ability to rapidly and effectively envision, develop and deliver technology- related value to enhance the customer experience is becoming a key competitive differentiator. This calls for a new way of thinking about the relationship of IT within the business, and a new way of working across the enterprise. We need to streamline the flow of ideas to value, using rapid feedback and learning to connect and capitalize on the knowledge and creative capabilities of every individual throughout the enterprise, to create the optimal customer experience.

 Rearchitect for the digital age
 Develop and sustain a culture of learning, using evidence-based practices of high-performing organizations
