Brian leads the FBI’s cyber portfolio in Canada. Alongside Canadian law enforcement and intelligence partners, Brian covers an array of cyber criminal and national security matters. Brian’s previous work includes terrorist cell disruption with US and foreign military special operations units, leading police task force efforts to dismantle international drug cartels, creating a global multi-agency team in Silicon Valley to protect high technology supply chains, and establishing the FBI’s enterprise cyber outreach strategy office to enhance public-private collaboration. Brian is a US military reservist, served in Operation Enduring and Iraqi Freedom, and held private sector technology and academia positions. A lifelong student, Brian holds multiple cybersecurity certifications and three master’s degrees spanning business, innovation, and cybersecurity competencies.
