Kevin has built a solid career around the fundamental belief that customers are the top priority. His never-ending pursuit to attract the best people and couple them with the correct amount of organizational structure has been a recipe for success. Kevin is heavily involved in many strategic initiatives while leadings Sales and Sales Engineer teams in the Americas. In his current capacity, he oversees the strategic and tactical integration of the sales engineers with the customers as well as other business units within Commvault. The team is consistently recognized within the organization and with our customers for delivering the best customer service possible. His responsibility includes a cross functional organization including Direct Sales Engineers, Partner Engineers, Service Providers, Subject Matter Experts/CTOs and Inside Sales Engineering for North, Central and South America. His management expertise encompasses a range of operational functions such as HR, customer service, personnel development, P&L, contract negotiations and vendor management. Kevin has used his expertise to create new programmatic methods to best align various organizations to a common Go to Market strategy. Before joining Commvault, he worked for Dell Technologies, EMC, General Electric and Ingram Micro where he held various roles. With 20 years of industry experience, Kevin has a deep appreciation and interest in determining the best uses for technology to achieve better business goals. As the market continues to shift with various technological advancements, he works to disrupt the status quo by leveraging Commvault’s portfolio to deliver the best business results. With his technical background in application architecture, clustering, capacity planning, and performance management, Kevin offers a unique combination of skills to lead the team and help the customers.
