Peter Tierney is the Director of Trading Systems Engineering at Questrade Financial group. Over the past 10 years with Questrade, Peter has held a variety of senior leadership roles in Quality Assurance, Production Support and Engineering. Peter has the unique ability to deeply learn the inner-workings of the highly complex capital markets business in conjunction with the ability to tackle the technical challenges of a system capable of direct-access, real-time trading on North American markets. Over the past decade, Peter has played a significant role in steering Questrade from start-up to the fastest-growing and largest independent Canadian online brokerage and a Deloitte “Best Managed Company” for seven consecutive years.
