The CIO Association of Canada (CIOCAN) identifies needs in the marketplace for ongoing education of its members to better serve the firms they represent. Part of its mandate is to foster and make professional development opportunities available to its member’s as Canadian businesses move towards wider adoption of digital transformation.

RedMobile established its digital transformation practice in 2015. This included digital labs which help organizations plan for and manage innovation and disruption resulting from emerging business models and technologies. As part of this initiative, RedMobile has developed enterprise-focused professional workshops in digital transformation, design thinking, Blockchain and other innovation focused areas.
RedMobile, has also launched a combination of reports, workshops and an Enterprise Digital Transformation and Blockchain Professional certification program. In 2017, TransformationWorx was formed to assist businesses prepare their staff for digital transformation through professional development.

In addition, CIOCAN volunteer members will join with other industry thought-leaders to participate in RedMobile’s Advisory Board representing C-level business acumen, and academic expertise in curriculum development and delivery. Through this approach CIOCAN contributes business insight into the direction and development of the courseware to meet the constantly changing needs of digital transformation.
The Advisory Board will meet regularly to provide review, thought-leadership, oversight and input into the content and delivery to be provided.
