With a focus on large scale business and IT transformation, I have helped public sector ministries and agencies as well as private sector clients address the business imperatives of digital transformation to enable customer-centricity while reducing legacy costs and technical debt.
At the WSIB, I lead the IT cluster in enabling the modernization of core services for insurance claims administration and payment. This involves the implementation of digital engagement interfaces, business process changes and legacy software decommissioning while leveraging agile and devops approaches within a customer-focused IT operating model.
Prior roles have included Senior VP of Strategy in a health agency of government, Managing Director with a large global consulting company, Corporate Chief Strategist and CIO in the public sector.
